He is a lawyer. Ask a lawyer what time it is and he will wait until he has access to an atomic clock online to have it down to the millisecond to prevent being called a liar. .Nobody knows when the jobs lost during the end of the Bush administration and during it’s one year aftermath will be back, so, he is playing it cool until both the people and economists start telling him that it has worked out.

   Hi Oliver,

   I tried doing this with video, recording audio at the same time via Audacity.

   Now, the funny thing is that 20 seconds of shooting the atomic clock online produces a 25 second video. So, what exactly is going on here?
