As much as I like Jim Furyk, what a shining example of how we have fallen for today’s technology to a fault. Using a cell phone for an alarm clock? No wake up call from the hotel? No travel alarm clock? Sheesh!
I like the Crescendo Travel Alarm Clock
Make sure to bring extra batteries as they are expensive there. Extra beach towel for your head while tanning or just relaxing as sometimes they run out of towels. A small travel alarm clock as some of the resorts don't have alarm clocks.
As a smaller gift, I got hubby a flashlight/travel alarm clock combo made by Sharper Image, sold by Avon (shameless plug). As a main gift, he is getting a watch. Because his broke months ago and he has refused to buy a new one because “my phone has a clock and I can wait until Christmas”.My son and I love borrowing the Just Dance Wii game from the library, so my gift wish for me is the Gold’s Gym dance Wii game that incorporates a little more exercise into the dancing. Which makes me sound very fit, but you have idea how much candy I’ve eaten in the last week.
Oh wow, lots of sweet stuff there. I’ve already done some Christmas shopping, but this would greatly augment the decidedly lame gifts I was planning on giving. The iPod stuff would make a great gift for my brother, who uses them much more than I do, and the travel alarm clock would help me to get up and on the road to the family’s for Christmas on time!
