I saw a video of a watch set on top of a HDR, and the second, minute, hour hands began spinning rapidly. It seems like a bunch of crap because a watch is calibrated and works with gears, etc. Even if time was being altered, nothing would happen to a regular watch. The only way to tell would be an atomic clock, that measures radioactive decay. So is this whole Hyper Dimensional Resonator a full blown hoax?

I think the atomic clock ( the one counting down to nuclear war) was timed back a little recently if memory serves. I remember the nuclear drills we had, just like fire drills. We would all go into the coat room and sit, kneel or lie down. It was kind of scary, but eventually it just became another fire drill. I think it scared our parents more.

Time slows the farther you get from Earth (relative to other time observers). If you take an atomic clock into space, it won’t align with a clock that remained here. Because of this, we need to use relativity in order to be able to appropriately measure GPS calculations.

Actually I went back today to have them fix or refund, but after several minutes of no one at the mini store, I walked around looking at solar watches with atomic clock setting (thinking spending $$ now will save me rebuying cheap watches every two years). But at a different mall mini shop (Dakota watches), I got waited on by someone I wish I had worked with yesterday, and I did get a new watch that didn't have all those expensive features.
Now I got a dress up (with alarms) and work (no audio alarm) watch.

so-called atomic clocks actually run from an internal crystal timer. they incorporate a 60 KHz receiver that tunes a radio data signal broadcast from Ft Collins Colorado. The clock uses the data signal to correct its internal time keeping, so that it will stay in step with the reference. Because the data is digital, it can send info on leap seconds, savings time changes, UTC hour, day and year.
the only jamming you might be able to accomplish is to cause enough interference to block reception, but that usually is done only once a day, late at night when school is closed. When the clock misses an automatic update, it displays an error flag.
the old fashioned "IBM" school clocks were made to synchronize to the central controller, usually in the principals office. if you could trick the controller, all the school clocks would change in step.
Not sure about the whole atomic clock thing, but yeah the US is made up of 3 separate electric grids. If one strays away from 60 Hz too far someone notices. Thought they do drift away from each-other. Any power sharing between them has to be done through Asynchronous Power Transfer; AC-DC-AC conversions or new transformers that actively ‘rotate’ to match frequency. So I don’t think they are sync’d to anything.
She passed away an hour later. It didn't advance or go back an hour-it just stopped back at the real time. It might be the clock but the coincidence is strange. Some think it was because she was supposed to pass that night but i was going to leave so time went forward for her so she can pass on with her children by her side…

add remove programs
check "show updates" top of screen
look for KB931836
uninstall/remove
it works i did it on (5) PS's worked on all (in about 30 secs for each)
a box will/may come up showing related programs… its ok to continue
